This oversight almost led to a tragic outcome, as the string began to constrict her neck, causing swelling in her skull and putting her at risk of suffocation.
Fortunately, Nancy’s plight was noticed by kind individuals at Animal Help Unlimited, a rescue organization located in Udaipur, Rajasthan, India.
Thanks to their timely intervention, Nancy was brought to their sanctuary where the string was carefully removed. This marked the beginning of her recovery journey.
Now free from the string, Nancy is on the mend and seems grateful for the second chance she’s been given. Her story serves as a heartwarming reminder of the impact that compassionate care can have on the lives of animals in need.
