A tiny puppy, not even two months old, was found abandoned on the street in an incredibly fragile state. The little dog had suffered broken legs and a damaged spine, leaving him unable to move.
Despite his dire circumstances, the puppy showed a yearning for affection.

Upon my arrival, the puppy, later named Clark, bravely wagged his tail, hoping for a comforting embrace despite the pain that enveloped him due to his injuries. In addition to his broken bones, Clark was severely malnourished and extremely anemic.
Naming him Clark, the attending veterinarian was taken aback by the severity of his condition. Clark also had trouble urinating, possibly linked to a condition like polio, which required painful urinary catheterization to help alleviate his discomfort.
Clark faced a series of major surgeries, and we were committed to supporting him every step of the way on his road to recovery.
His health challenges were compounded by the inability to have regular bowel movements, necessitating further medical attention.
The grueling treatment process was made lighter by Clark’s endearing spirit, giving us the determination to persevere.
Remarkably, Clark began showing signs of improvement and managed to gain a kilogram in weight. The following stage in his recovery was a crucial spine surgery set for the next week, which we hoped would significantly enhance his mobility.
The surgery was successfully completed, providing a hopeful outlook for Clark’s continued recovery.
